DVORA is a luxury property management platform based in Jersey City, New York. The company connects residents of high-end apartment buildings with time-saving services, local events, preferred vendors, and building staff — creating a concierge-level living experience delivered through a mobile and web application.
Property management at the premium level requires a system that feels as refined as the buildings it serves. DVORA needed a platform that would allow residents to track the status of their units, discover exclusive nearby services, and maintain seamless communication with building staff — while giving managers a complete operational view to respond to tenant requests promptly and assign tasks to employees and vendors.
Idealy designed and built a dual-platform solution: a React Native mobile application for residents and a web interface for managers and staff, both backed by a MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js). The system was architected around high synchronization between mobile clients and the management backend, ensuring that requests submitted by residents were visible to staff in real time.
The resident experience was built around discovery and communication — a personalized feed of building events and activities, a directory of exclusive local services, maintenance request tracking, and a direct channel to building management. The manager and staff panels gave operational teams full visibility over open requests, task assignments, and property status at any moment.
DVORA launched successfully and continues to operate as a live platform serving luxury residential buildings in the New York metropolitan area. The product established Idealy's capability in the proptech space and demonstrated the team's ability to deliver complex, multi-role platforms with consumer-grade design quality.
